Bangladesh is particularly vulnerable to climate change because of its geographical location: it is a delta in the Bay of Bengal, almost at sea level, and bordered by the Himalayan Mountains to the north. As a result, the country continuously faces natural disasters such as cyclones, floods, erosion, and the salinization of water and land. In addition, most have gotten worse recently due to climate change. Because they are frequently forced to start over, Bangladeshis are known for their immense resilience and exceptional adaptability. The danger is not just limited to Bangladesh; it affects the entire world. Although it is among the first nations to experience the impacts of the climate crisis and sea level rise, everyone will be affected.
